I get asked often for recipe's or how I do things, I am going to attempt to document all of it! I hate finding "healthy" recipe's online only to find they really are not healthy according the the numbers. I currently live primarily on a low carb diet so most of my recipe's will follow that mold. I do have a free day every week where I try to do something fun.
